Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. 🚭 Smoking & Substances No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere inside the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable). 🐾 Pets Pets must be pre-approved before booking. If approved, a pet fee in our decripton. Owners must clean up after pets and keep them off furniture. 🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance Please treat our home with care—accidents happen, but let us know immediately. Wash dishes, throw away trash, and leave used towels in the bathroom. No rearranging furniture or decor without approval. 🔒 Safety & Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving. No candles or open flames inside. Follow all posted pool, hot tub, or fire pit rules (if applicable). Tampering with security cameras, alarms, or sensors is prohibited. 💧 Utilities & Sustainability Please turn off lights, AC/heat, and appliances when not in use. Be mindful of water and energy use.
